Individual charges mini bar, laundry, etc - must be paid to the hotel upon check-out.
A valid ID or Passport must be presented upon check-in. Name on ID or Passport should match the guest name under which the room is booked.
Check In/Out Time
Unless specified otherwise, the check in time is 2:00 PM in the afternoon and the check out time is twelve noon (12:00 PM). There are a free luggage storage and a shower room available in the Hotel for early arrival or late departure.

Credit Card Information
The client must submit a valid credit card when completing the credit card form. All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the credit card form is correct. www.phuket-boomerang.com takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted. Valid Photo ID which belongs to the credit card holder upon check-in the name of the photo ID must be match the card holder name. The charge will appear on your card statement as a charge by Boomerang Village Resort Bungalows Phuket in Thai Baht or in your local credit card currency converted from Thai Baht by our bank, at their conversion rate applicable on that day. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Amendments

Cancellation, No Show, Early Departure Policy
- If cancelled more than 21 days before arrival: a charge will apply equal to 2 nights per room.
- If cancelled less than 20 days before arrival: a charge will apply equal to 30% of total cost.
- If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival: no refunds.
- No Shows; No refunds is provided in case a guest will not show at resort on arrival date.
- Early check out; the balance of booking value will be charged, payable direct at the hotel.
